How it works

Which platforms can you publish to?

At launch, we are focused on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. We will expand based on what founding teams ask for.

How does DropIn match my raw clips to the right script?

Upload your raw footage and DropIn transcribes the first 90 seconds of each clip with Whisper, then matches it to the right script with 90%+ confidence. A folder of unlabeled exports sorts itself onto the correct cards instead of you doing it by hand.

Can I make vertical clips for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok?

Yes. Cut short vertical clips from a long video and publish them as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and Facebook Reels, each with its own title, caption, and tags.

How do approvals and client review work?

Every card runs through approval lanes: auto-post, team-approve, or founder-only. Reviewers leave timestamped comments on each version, and external clients get comment-only access without seeing your internal notes.

Can I invite my editors and clients?

Yes. Creator includes you plus one teammate; Studio and Enterprise are unlimited. Assign roles like administrator, contributor, writer, approver, or view-only guest, and give clients comment-only seats that keep your internal content hidden.

Does DropIn replace Notion, Drive, or Dropbox?

DropIn replaces the way you organize content work across those tools. You can still store files in Drive or Dropbox if you want, but your team will live in DropIn to manage the pipeline.

Plans, trial & billing

Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes. You start a 10-day free trial with a card on file. You are charged nothing today and only billed when the trial ends, so you can cancel any time before then and pay nothing.

How much storage do I get, and how long is footage kept?

You get 1 GB on Free, 250 GB on Creator, and 1 TB on Studio. Raw footage is retained for 30 days on Creator and 90 days on Studio. Final cuts stay as long as your account is active.

Is there a limit on how much I can post?

Video posts are capped per workspace each month: 10 on Free, 25 on Creator, and 75 on Studio, counted per platform. Image and text posts are unlimited on every plan.

Is the 30% discount just the first month or the whole year?

The founder rate gives you 30% off your first year on the Creator and Studio annual plans, billed yearly. After that, you continue at standard annual pricing or switch plans.

Does the 30% founder rate apply to enterprise?

The 30% founder rate is for our self-serve Creator and Studio annual plans. Enterprise customers get a different founding partner offer: our $5,000 white-glove rollout is waived for the first 5 onboardings each month while standard enterprise pricing applies.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your content and request full deletion at any time from our data deletion page. While your account is active, your workspace and content stay exactly as you left them.

Is DropIn right for me?

Is this good for solo creators?

If you film, hand off to an editor, and post everywhere, yes. If you are just posting occasionally from your phone, it is probably overkill.

Who is DropIn a bad fit for?
